With a paid two-week diagnostic. You get a written technical thesis, a delivery plan and a fixed price for the first phase — and you keep all of it whether or not we continue.
That is our preferred mode. We embed in your repos, your standups and your on-call rotation, and we pair deliberately so knowledge transfers as we go.
Pods start at €48k per month for a four-person senior team. Most first phases run eight to twelve weeks. We quote fixed scope per phase, never open-ended time and materials.
